Carleen Osher (Aspen Alexandria), Executive Director of the Partnership for Dynamic Learning, Inc. and the Senior Project® Center, has worked four decades in education. A 1968 graduate of the University of Montana, Carleen has held a variety of educational roles and responsibilities from English and Social Studies teacher to curriculum and supervision positions. She has authored numerous articles, resources and currently works nationally and regionally. As one of the original authors of the nationally recognized Senior Project® program, Carleen strongly believes in the balance, value, and need for educational personalization and project-based learning.  It is her belief that working as an educator is not ‘just’ a job but a passion that involves not only head work but is also heart felt.  She is often heard to say that all educators are futurists who intrinsically understand their task is extremely complex and involves students in more than just ‘book learning.’ Education should not only address rigor and relevance but also a students’ dreams and goals.

Christine Kaeo-Payne (Jasmine Fontaine), General Manager, is a graduate of Gonzaga University (Spokane, WA) with a BA in Psychology. She believes innovation and bringing a fresh new look to Senior Project® (SP) is the key to success.  Christine utilizes these business development skills and streamlines them into the SP process.  During the annual SP Institute and other trainings, Christine’s skills and enthusiasm fuel requests and awareness of SP resources and materials available to implement and maintain schools' programs.  Expansion and growth of the company is constantly changing.  Christine is one of the main contributors to upgrading the new SP website, the national Senior Project Network™ and establishing a presence in Second Life®.  Working more closely with the SP consultants and attentive to customer goals, she is able to contractually recommend and direct clients to consultants that will benefit their SP training needs.  In terms of organization and planning events, Christine is time-sensitive to responses and requests, and diligently extends the invitation for customers to return to the Senior Project® Center whenever help is needed.

Kathleen Norris (Emilia Cornwall) is the Technology Manager and oversees the technology assets of the Senior Project® Center, the P4DL Networks, and e-publications. Her primary responsibilities run the gamut from writing, training, editing, podcasting, building and maintaining the websites and networks, to finding new ways to infuse technology tools into the Senior Project® Center work environment. A believer in embracing new technologies for education, Kathy is currently immersed in learning all she can about Second Life® and its role in the virtualization of education for the 21st Century.  Kathy lives and teleworks from her home in Florida. Prior to working for the Senior Project® Center, she was a high school teacher, trainer, and program coordinator in Pasco County until her retirement.  She holds a B.A. in English from SUNY Potsdam and an M.S. in Managerial Leadership from National Louis University.
