Selecting Team Members

Teams should represent key staff members such as: The SP Coordinator, SP teachers, discipline teacher, ESL specialist, counselors, special education teachers, media center specialists, community members, school board members, and building administrators. Central office teams often include superintendents, curriculum specialists, and school-to-work coordinators.
