The Senior Project® Center at the Partnership for Dynamic Learning, Inc. takes great pride in the Senior Project® resources and support materials provided. These materials have been written by practitioners, field-tested and serve to expedite the time-consuming process of building a successful Senior Project® program.

Please Note: Without the express permission from the Senior Project Center at P4DL, Inc., the copyright laws grant the exclusive right to reproduce, prepare derivatives, distribute or display works publicly only to the registered copyright holder, the Partnership for Dynamic Learning, Inc.

The United States copyright laws are also very explicit on the creation of derivatives based upon copyrighted material. If the 'new' material is based upon copyrighted work even though the creative process may have been involved, a new work has not been created, only a derivative of a copyrighted work.

Posting Materials on Websites: Posting said copyrighted materials and/or derivatives on websites with public access is considered public display, does not comply with 'fair use' laws, and is a copyright violation. Unless the owner of the copyright has granted permission, this infringement exists even if the copyright is duly noted on the website.

Said materials may not be reproduced, reformatted, or technologically reproduced in any form without written permission of the Partnership for Dynamic Learning, Inc. Copyright laws will be enforced.

The parties hereto also expressly agree that any legal action to enforce any provision hereof shall be brought in North Carolina and the parties hereby confer jurisdiction of any such actions in North Carolina.
